SEWING STUDIO

I'm Antoinette Lee — welcome to my sewing studio!

I am a native Washingtonian with a passion for teaching sewing, crafting, quilting, machine embroidering, home decorating and bookmaking. 

Sewing has been a 40-year journey for me ever since my mother bought be a Kenmore sewing machine as a child. It came with me to Oberlin College to my first one-bedroom apartment, where I made my wedding gown and many other garments.  

I began teaching sewing professionally at G Street Fabrics, Bits of Thread and other stores before deciding to start my own business out of my home. 

At A Special Lee Sewing Studio, I focus on providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction, always striving to exceed your expectations.
